School Information - Enrolment - Capacity Management Plan

REGISTRATION OF INTEREST FOR ENROLMENT
Please read the following information carefully.

Enrolments at Trinity Gardens School are in high demand and we are currently operating under a Capacity Management Plan.

We have now reached capacity for 2020 in most year levels.

Capacity Management Plan

All schools in the eastern suburbs are under constant enrolment pressure.  We currently have over 840 students attending for 2020, with all possible classroom areas occupied.  Due to a recent DfE assessment regarding our numbers being capped, a Capacity Management Plan has been put in place (to be reviewed annually).  Please click on this link to access the gazetted Capacity Management Plan Trinity Gardens School CMP Gazetted 28-11-2019 - www.education.sa.gov.au/cmp

New applications will go straight onto our Enrolment Register.  To apply for our 2020 Enrolment Register you must physically live in the school zone and supply the school with the following supporting documents:

  • Child’s Proof of Identification (Birth Certificate / Passport)
  • Proof of Address:
    • RENTING – Current Rental Agreement AND Bond Receipt (issued by the Consumer and Business Services)
    • PURCHASED – Contract of Sale or Council Rates Notice
  • A Recent Gas / Electricity Bill
  • Visa Documentation (if applicable)
  • Completed Enrolment Register Application Form (PDF)

If you would like your child to be considered for enrolment in 2020, please download a 2020 Enrolment Register Application form (PDF on this page) and submit it to the school, along with your supporting documents.

Submitting the above documents is not an enrolment at the school, it is an application for your child to be placed on our school Enrolment Register.  All applications will be assessed in accordance with the school’s Capacity Management Plan and Enrolment Policy.  Zoning criteria will be strictly enforced and families who are not able to provide all of the necessary documentation to the satisfaction of the school may not be considered for enrolment. Families will only be contacted once an appropriate vacancy becomes available for your child.  Unfortunately, the school is not in a position to guarantee when vacancies at the school will arise.  In situations where children are unable to attend their previous school, Trinity Gardens School can assist by organising an alternate placement at a nearby government primary school for your child to attend.  During this time they are still able to remain on our Enrolment Register for future consideration.

Subsequent Siblings
Families who no longer live within the parameters of the Trinity Gardens School catchment zone who wish to register any subsequent children (sibling/s of a child/ren currently attending TGS) will not be guaranteed a place once you have moved out of our zone.  Your child who currently attends will not forfeit their place.

We are unable to enrol any International Education Program students.
