The programs are licensed by the Department for Education. Our goal is to provide well-balanced, quality childcare in a safe, friendly environment that meets the needs of all children, parents and the community, at an affordable rate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We aim to provide a program developmentally appropriate to the leisure needs of the children attending the service and provide for the development of each child&#8217;s social, physical, emotional and intellectual potential, including language skills and creativity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Children, families and OSHC educators will be actively involved in all program planning, implementation and evaluation processes. We provide a nutritious afternoon snack during After School Care &amp; Vacation Care at approximately 3.45pm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The OSHC building is located between the school ovals off Devitt Ave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"eligibility\">Eligibility<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The programs are available to children attending Trinity Gardens School and we are also able to have children from the ELC attending. This requires a lower child to educator ratio so bookings are essential.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>An enrolment form must be completed before children attend the service and parents \/ carers are responsible for updating any changes to details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The service is staffed each day according to the number of children booked in and is based on Licensing and Standards requirements. We therefore need to be notified of bookings as soon as possible and cancellations must be made the day prior to avoid being charged for the session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vacation Care bookings will not be guaranteed without a deposit and any overdue account balances must be paid before new bookings will be accepted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"when-is-the-service-available\">When is the Service Available?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Opens 7:00am &#8211; Closes 6:00pm<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>During school terms: weekdays before and after school.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>School holidays: Vacation Care Program (Closed over Christmas \/ New Year Period). Closure dates will vary each year as determined by our Advisory Committee.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>School closure days: for Trinity Gardens students only.
